By just dragging an image into a text box and choosing to wrap around or edit wrap points doesn't work inside a Text Box !!! Choose the layout options you want: To bring your picture in front of the text and set it so it stays at a certain spot on the page, select In Front of Text (under With Text Wrapping), and then select Fix position on page. Actually In Publisher 2016 it also doesn't work, but I found a way to make it work there but NOT on Word 2016. In our example, we'll select In Front of Text so we can freely move it without affecting the text Can't wrap a text around a picture on a Text Box like I do in Publisher. Then select the desired text wrapping option. On the Format tab, click the Wrap Text command in the Arrange group. The Format tab will appear on the right side of the Ribbon.
